We are partnering with a leading carrier-neutral data centre solutions provider headquartered in Singapore, renowned for delivering secure, high-performance colocation and infrastructure services across diverse industries. They are currently seeking a Senior Cost Manager to join their team in Singapore.


Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of cost planning, estimation, and control across data centre development and upgrade projects.
- Oversee procurement strategies, tendering processes, and contract administration in alignment with business and project objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure cost-effective delivery of projects within budget and schedule.
- Prepare and review cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and value engineering proposals.
- Identify cost risks and develop mitigation strategies to support commercial and project success.
- Provide cost advice during feasibility studies, project planning, and throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, contract terms, and company policies.
- Mentor junior cost team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the organisation.

Key qualifications:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role managing large-scale MEP or infrastructure projects—data centre experience is highly preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of contract management (e.g. FIDIC, SIA, or other standard forms).
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in cost management software and MS Office tools.
