We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to drive our hyperscale data centre business across the Asia-Pacific region. As a Regional Sales Director, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships with key customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored data centre solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive hyperscale data centre revenue growth across the Asia-Pacific region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key hyperscalers, cloud providers, and large enterprises.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers at target customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to develop tailored data centre solutions that meet customers' specific needs.
- Provide market feedback and competitive insights to inform product development and business strategy.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance metrics to ensure accurate sales forecasting and revenue growth.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure their success.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the data centre or technology industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing strategic relationships, and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of the data centre industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel frequently across the Asia-Pacific region (up to 50%).
- Experience working with hyperscalers, cloud providers, or large enterprises.
- Knowledge of data centre design, operations, and technology.
- Familiarity with sales forecasting and pipeline management tools (e.g., Salesforce.com).
