We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager for our Data Center division. The ideal candidate will focus on our sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and enhance our market presence in the data center sector here in Singapore 


Key responsibilities:
- Supporting Data Centre Practice Lead, Data Centre OneJLL SMEs and Country Sales Directors to execute growth strategy within the Data Centre sector, provide market intel, sharing best practices, review proposed solution by local pursuit team and highlight business risk to the business. 
- Managing the Sales process; including prospecting, proposal creation and closing the deal. 
- Coordinating the development of clear, articulate, and winning value propositions to our prospective clients. 
- Assessing any financial and / or operational risks for Integral/ JLL, as well as evaluating profitability. 
- Partnering with Operations, functional/technical subject matter experts and marketing to put forth a competitive solution for each qualified prospective client. 
- Participating as part of the Sales & Solutions team with their peers to ensure that there is an ongoing exchange of solutions best practices across the business

Key qualifications:
- Degree, preferably in Business Development / Marketing/Business Administration/ Communications/ Real Estate. 
- Min. 5 years of experience within the real estate, construction, or facilities management field.  
- Demonstrated knowledge of Facilities, Real Estate and Asset Management industry best practices, across multiple modules. 
- Ability to forecast client needs, use questioning strategies, create solutions and a vision for the client and generate revenue opportunities. 
- A understanding of Real Estate Business Process Management including organization and key internal stakeholders 
- Experience within CRE technology implementation or Sales and Delivery 
- Ability to deliver and lead client presentations and complex projects effectively. -- Ability to develop new content for such presentations as well as modify existing ones.
- Ability to work on multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously 
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, including statement of work, solution specifications and process and procedure documentation. 
- High attention to detail. 
- Current on trends relating to technology and real estate/facilities industries. 
- Experience in communicating and collaborating in a professional manner with all levels of corporate management.
