An established global placement and advisory platform is seeking a driven and commercially astute Associate to join its Asia-based private capital sales team. The firm partners with leading alternative investment managers across strategies such as private equity, private credit, real estate, and venture capital, supporting them in capital raising and investor engagement across the institutional landscape in Asia.

This is a unique opportunity for a rising talent with exposure to private markets and a passion for investor interaction to grow within a high-performing, collaborative, and cross-border team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior sales professionals to support fundraising mandates across a range of private market strategies.
- Assist in outreach to institutional investors including sovereign wealth funds, insurance firms, endowments, and family offices across Asia.
- Manage meeting coordination, investor follow-ups, and maintain detailed tracking of investor engagement and interest.
- Develop tailored investor materials and contribute to due diligence processes.
- Build market intelligence and assist in mapping out investor coverage across Southeast and North Asia.

Key Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience within private markets, investor relations, placement advisory, or private capital sales roles.
- Background in private credit, private equity, real estate, or fund-of-funds is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in or exposure to institutional investor engagement is essential.
- Commercially oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and at least one additional Asian language (Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, or Bahasa Indonesia) as there will be multiple stakeholders whom you will be working with as the business expands.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.
