We are partnering with a leading integrated landscape design, build, and maintenance company in Singapore to support their search for a Sales Manager. This pivotal role is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence across both public and private sector projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets across B2B and government sectors
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in landscape design, construction, and maintenance
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and tender preparation to contract negotiation and deal closure
- Maintain and grow strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, architects, and government agencies
- Collaborate closely with the operations and design teams to ensure accurate project scoping and successful handovers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and client feedback summaries for management review
- Mentor and manage junior sales staff, as required
Key qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in landscaping, construction, or built environment industries
- Proven track record in sales growth and client acquisition, particularly in government and commercial project tenders
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of tendering processes and project costing
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting platforms is an advantage
- Class 3 driving licence is preferred
