We're currently working with an international PERE in seeking a strategic and experienced HR Business Partner to join the firm. As an Assistant Vice President, HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving business outcomes by providing strategic HR support to senior leaders and their teams. Your expertise will help shape organizational effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives that align with our company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies to support them
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on talent development, performance management, and employee relations
- Design and deliver HR initiatives that drive employee engagement, retention, and development
- Analyze workforce metrics and trends to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement programs that support organizational change and growth
- Facilitate effective communication and alignment across the organization
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, portfolio company executives, and HR teams
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a similar role, preferably in a private equity or real estate background
- Strong understanding of business operations and financial performance metrics
- Excellent coaching and influencing skills
- Ability to think strategically and drive business outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with organizational design, talent development, and change management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience working with private equity firms or real estate investment trusts (REITs)
- Knowledge of HR systems and technologies, such as HRIS and performance management tools
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRBP)
