Our client is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. This role will focus on developing and implementing marketing strategies for our diverse portfolio, which includes shophouses, co-living spaces, co-working spaces, and hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovative marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for shophouses, co-living, co-working spaces, and hotels, aligning with the company's overall objectives.
- Create engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and print materials.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Work on brand positioning and messaging to enhance brand awareness and market presence.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions. This includes SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Plan and execute marketing events and promotions, both online and offline, to boost engagement and brand loyalty.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and industry partners, to leverage marketing opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future efforts.
- Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies, and propose innovative ideas to enhance the company's marketing efforts.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management tools, etc.).
 -Experience with content creation and copywriting.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Enthusiasm for marketing and a keen interest in real estate, co-living, co-working, and hospitality industries.
