We are working with one of Singapore’s largest and most established real estate developers to identify a seasoned Senior Leasing Manager to drive leasing strategies across their retail portfolio. This is a confidential search on behalf of a reputable property group with a strong track record in asset development and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team or mentor junior leasing staff in executing leasing strategies across assigned retail properties.
- Source and secure prospective tenants through market research, networking, and outreach activities.
- Negotiate and manage lease terms for new and existing tenants, including renewals and expansions.
- Finalise lease documentation and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct market research to track industry trends and competitor movements.
- Develop leasing strategies and recommendations that align with commercial goals and tenant expectations.
- Manage tenant relationships and address tenancy-related matters effectively.
- Review and propose optimal tenant mix for both new and mature assets.
- Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts for assigned assets.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience in retail leasing within major developers or retail landlords.
- Strong track record in marketing and leasing shopping malls or mixed-use developments.
- In-depth knowledge of market dynamics, leasing structures, and retail trends.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
