As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting their retail marketing strategies and initiatives. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will contribute to enhancing brand awareness, driving tenant engagement, and ensuring successful execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to support tenant promotions, property events, and brand-building initiatives.
 -Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
- Create compelling content for marketing collateral, including digital platforms, print materials, and social media.
- Ensure alignment with the company’s branding guidelines and tone of voice.
- Manage social media platforms, monitor performance, and recommend strategies for growth and engagement.
- Assist in email marketing campaigns, website updates, and digital advertising initiatives.
- Support the planning and execution of property-level events, tenant activations, and community outreach programs.
- Liaise with vendors, tenants, and partners to ensure smooth event operations.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance, ROI, and tenant feedback to inform future strategies.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate, retail, or hospitality industries.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and CRM systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
 -Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a flair for storytelling.
 -Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
