We are working with a growing solutions provider in the built environment sector, supporting sales and business development activities across commercial and workplace projects. The company is seeking a Sales Support Executive to join its Singapore team and provide critical administrative, coordination, and client-facing support to the sales function.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with 2–5 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles within construction, interiors, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

– Support the sales team with preparation of proposals, quotations, and tender documentation
– Coordinate client enquiries, follow-ups, and internal communication across teams
– Maintain and update CRM systems, sales trackers, and client databases
– Assist in preparing presentation materials, decks, and marketing collateral
– Liaise with internal teams (project, procurement, finance) to gather information for proposals
– Track sales pipelines, deadlines, and submission requirements
– Support contract documentation, invoicing coordination, and handover to project teams
– Provide general administrative and coordination support to the sales and management teams

Key Requirements

– 2–5 years of experience in sales support, administrative, or coordination roles
– Experience within construction, interiors, building solutions, or related industries is an advantage
– Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM experience is a plus
– Clear written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
– Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently while supporting a team
– Open to Singapore Citizens, PRs
