We are partnering with a design consultancy known for delivering dynamic workplace environments for multinational and regional organisations across Asia-Pacific. As their project portfolio expands, the studio is seeking a Project Manager to join its Singapore team and oversee end-to-end delivery of regional workplace projects.

This role is well-suited for a project manager with minimum 5–7 years of experience who can coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage clients across multiple markets, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.



Key Responsibilities

– Oversee and manage workplace, retail, design and build projects across Singapore and the APAC region
– Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resourcing to ensure smooth project execution
– Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors
– Coordinate with internal design teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout project delivery
– Prepare project documentation including meeting minutes, reports, timelines, and progress updates
– Review technical drawings, tender submissions, and site requirements to ensure compliance and quality
– Manage procurement processes, including evaluating vendors, negotiating quotations, and monitoring deliverables
– Conduct site inspections, resolve issues, and ensure milestones are met at each stage of construction
– Facilitate client presentations, workshops, and stakeholder discussions (may involve occasional regional travel)
– Collaborate with leadership to drive project improvements, quality standards, and delivery processes



Key Requirements

– 5–7 years of project management experience in workplace interiors, commercial fit-outs, or related built-environment sectors
– Experience managing regional projects or multinational clients within APAC
– Background in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or related disciplines
– Solid understanding of construction processes, technical coordination, and site workflows
– Strong communication and client-facing skills, with experience managing expectations across senior stakeholders
– Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and ability to understand CAD drawings and technical documentation
– Highly organised, solutions-oriented, and able to manage multiple fast-paced projects concurrently
– Experience working with consultants such as MEP engineers, QS, AV/IT specialists, and contractors
