We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team at a premium co-working space. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract new members, and foster community engagement.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

• Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and monitor performance.

• Coordinate events, networking sessions, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.

• Work with designers and agencies to produce marketing collateral.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and member feedback to refine marketing strategies.

• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support business development.

• Manage website updates, email marketing campaigns, and SEO efforts.

• Track and report marketing performance metrics.
   

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or co-working spaces.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics, and CRM systems.
