We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team at a premium co-working space. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract new members, and foster community engagement.
 
Key Responsibilities:
- 
	Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. 
- 
	Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and monitor performance. 
- 
	Coordinate events, networking sessions, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness. 
- 
	Work with designers and agencies to produce marketing collateral. 
- 
	Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and member feedback to refine marketing strategies. 
- 
	Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support business development. 
- 
	Manage website updates, email marketing campaigns, and SEO efforts. 
- 
	Track and report marketing performance metrics. 
 
Key Requirements:
- 
	Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 
- 
	2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or co-working spaces. 
- 
	Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation. 
- 
	Excellent communication and organizational skills. 
- 
	Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
- 
	Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics, and CRM systems.
