We are partnering with a design-led architectural practice known for delivering thoughtful, contemporary projects across residential, commercial, and lifestyle sectors. As the studio continues to grow its portfolio, it is seeking a Mid-Weight Architect to join its Singapore team and support the design and delivery of a range of projects.
This role is ideal for an architect with 3–7 years of experience who is design-driven, technically capable, and confident working across multiple project stages within a collaborative studio environment.
Key Responsibilities
– Contribute to architectural projects from concept design through to construction documentation and site delivery
– Develop design concepts, spatial layouts, and architectural solutions aligned with project briefs
– Prepare drawings, models, and presentation materials for client and internal reviews
– Produce and coordinate technical drawings, detailing, and documentation packages
– Liaise with consultants including structural, MEP, and specialist contractors
– Support authority submissions and ensure compliance with local regulations
– Participate in client presentations, meetings, and design discussions
– Conduct site visits and assist in resolving design and construction-related issues
– Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
Key Requirements
– Degree in Architecture or a related discipline
– 3–7 years of professional experience in architectural practice
– Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, spatial planning, and built project experience
– Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit; knowledge of SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous
– Good understanding of construction detailing, documentation, and coordination processes
– Familiarity with local authority submission processes is advantageous
– Strong communication and teamwork skills
– Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
