We are partnering with a design-led architectural consultancy recognised for delivering high-end residential, commercial office, and retail projects across Singapore. As the studio continues to expand its project portfolio, they are seeking a Mid-Weight Architect to join the Singapore team and support design development, technical documentation, and project coordination.

This role is ideal for an architect with 4–7 years of experience who is technically strong, design-conscious, and proficient in both AutoCAD and Revit.

Key Responsibilities

– Support architectural projects from concept through construction documentation and site delivery
– Develop and produce high-quality technical drawings, layouts, and 3D models
– Collaborate with design teams and consultants (structural, MEP, FF&E) to ensure coordinated delivery
– Prepare authority submissions and ensure compliance with Singapore building regulations
– Conduct site visits and assist in resolving design and construction-related issues
– Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design discussions
– Mentor junior designers and contribute to project workflow efficiency

Key Requirements

– Degree in Architecture or related discipline
– 4–7 years of professional experience in high-end residential, commercial office, or retail projects
– Strong technical skills and attention to detail, with AutoCAD and Revit proficiency mandatory
– Familiarity with 3D modeling (SketchUp, Rhino) and Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous
– Good understanding of Singapore authority submission processes and construction standards
– Strong coordination, communication, and teamwork skills
– Ability to manage multiple project tasks efficiently
– Open to Singapore Citizens or PR holders only
