We are partnering with a globally recognised design-led architectural practice celebrated for delivering luxury residential and hospitality projects in Singapore and across the region. The studio is seeking a Project Architect to support project delivery, contribute to design development, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams for high-end, technically complex projects.

This role is ideal for an architect with 5–10 years of professional experience, strong design sense, and a deep understanding of local Singaporean project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

– Lead and support the architectural design and delivery of luxury residential and hospitality projects from design development through construction documentation
– Coordinate and produce high-quality drawings, models, and presentation materials for internal and client review
– Prepare and review technical documentation, detailing, and specifications
– Collaborate with consultants (structural, MEP, landscape, FF&E) to ensure coordinated project delivery
– Support authority submissions and ensure compliance with Singapore building regulations
– Conduct site visits, oversee design implementation, and resolve technical issues on site
– Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design discussions, articulating design intent clearly
– Mentor and guide junior architects or designers within project teams
– Ensure design quality, project timelines, and budgets are maintained

Key Requirements

– Degree in Architecture or related discipline
– 5–10 years of experience, preferably with strong exposure to high-end residential and hospitality projects
– Strong design sensibility with proven ability to translate concepts into detailed technical solutions
– Experience with Singapore authority submissions, local codes, and construction standards
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite; 3D modeling (SketchUp, Rhino) advantageous
– Good understanding of FF&E, finishes, and detailing for luxury interiors
– Strong coordination, communication, and client-facing skills
– Ability to manage multiple project tasks in a fast-paced, high-quality design environment
– Open to Singapore Citizens, PRs, or candidates with valid work authorisation
