As a Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing the design, construction, and commissioning of our hyperscale data centre projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the design and construction process, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and commissioning, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution and minimal impact on project timelines.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage the commissioning process, ensuring successful project handover to operations teams.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in a data centre or similar mission-critical environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methods, and tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience with data centre design, construction, and commissioning.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices (e.g., Uptime Institute, TIA-942).
- Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
