We are partnering with a boutique interior design studio renowned for delivering refined, bespoke residential environments with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship, materiality, and timeless elegance. The studio is seeking a Project Interior Designer to join its Singapore team.

This role is ideal for a designer with 5-8 years of professional experience who is confident managing residential projects from concept through completion, and who has a strong eye for detail, quality, and client experience.

Key Responsibilities

– Lead the design and delivery of high-end residential interior projects from briefing through handover
– Develop concept designs, spatial layouts, and material palettes aligned with client lifestyles and project vision
– Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation packages for construction and tender
– Curate and specify FF&E, finishes, lighting, and bespoke joinery for luxury residential environments
– Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and artisans to ensure design intent is realised
– Manage project timelines, deliverables, and design budgets in collaboration with senior leadership
– Front client meetings and presentations with professionalism and confidence
– Conduct site visits, review workmanship quality, and resolve design-related issues during construction
– Oversee final styling and handover to ensure a high-quality completed outcome

Key Requirements

– 4-8 years of interior design experience, with a strong focus on high-end residential projects
– Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related discipline
– Strong portfolio showcasing refined residential interiors and attention to detail
– Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and bespoke joinery
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; Revit experience is an advantage
– Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage projects independently
– Confident communicator with experience in client-facing roles
– Detail-oriented, design-driven, and passionate about quality craftsmanship
– Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents, Malaysian Chinese (EP)
