As Regional Head of Sales, you'll develop and execute sales strategies to attract high-end clientele, build relationships with key accounts, and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and occupancy growth in Hong Kong and China
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, including corporate, travel trade, and MICE clients
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, revenue management, and operations
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and occupancy in luxury hotels
- Strong network and relationships with key accounts in Hong Kong and China
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus
