We are working with a design-forward, multi-disciplinary architecture studio with a strong presence across Asia. Known for their bold concepts and built work that spans masterplanning to architecture, they are currently looking for a capable and self-motivated Residential Architectural Designer to join their compact Singapore studio.

This is a full-scope architectural role suited to a designer who is confident across all stages of design, can work independently, and thrives in a small, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically sound, and enjoys being fully immersed in both design development and project execution.


Key Responsibilities:

– Work closely with Associates and senior architects to develop high-end residential and mixed-use projects
– Prepare and refine design concepts, drawings, models, and presentation materials
– Produce detailed documentation and technical packages for authority submission and construction
– Coordinate with consultants and junior team members on day-to-day project matters
– Participate in site visits, inspections, and ongoing design resolution
– Support masterplanning and modeling tasks when required
– Mentor and support junior team members while remaining hands-on across key deliverables


Key Requirements:

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
– Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design
– Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project, and 3D modeling tools
– Solid detailing and construction documentation skills — designs must be buildable
– Experience working on high-end residential or mixed-use projects
– Able to work independently and contribute meaningfully to project direction
– Fluent in English; Mandarin preferred for communication with consultants and regional teams
