We are partnering with a design-led architecture and interior studio known for delivering highly crafted, narrative-driven environments across hospitality, lifestyle, and residential projects. The studio is seeking a Senior Architectural Designer to join its Singapore team as it continues to expand its portfolio of premium design work.
This role is ideal for a designer with a minimum 10 years of professional experience who is hands-on in design development, technically strong, and capable of leading projects from concept through delivery while collaborating closely with studio leadership.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead architectural design development across hospitality, residential, and mixed-use projects
– Translate conceptual ideas into clear architectural strategies, layouts, and buildable solutions
– Produce and review detailed architectural drawings, technical packages, and coordination sets
– Work closely with interior designers to ensure seamless integration between architecture and interiors
– Coordinate with consultants including structural, MEP, lighting, and façade specialists
– Review shop drawings, mock-ups, and site queries to ensure design intent is maintained
– Participate in client presentations, design reviews, and consultant meetings
– Conduct site visits and provide design input during construction phases
– Guide and mentor junior designers, supporting overall design quality and studio culture
Key Requirements
– 10+ years of experience in architectural design, ideally within hospitality, residential, or lifestyle projects
– Degree in Architecture or a related discipline
– Strong portfolio demonstrating concept-driven design, spatial thinking, and technical resolution
– Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous
– Solid understanding of construction detailing, materials, and coordination processes
– Strong communication skills with confidence in client-facing situations
– Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment
– Design-focused, detail-oriented, and collaborative in working style
