Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage quantity surveying projects from inception to completion, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality deliverables
- Provide expert cost management and procurement advice to clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to drive business growth and expand our network
- Mentor and coach junior quantity surveyors to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and develop new business opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to continuously improve our services

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., RICS, SISV)
- Strong technical expertise in cost management, procurement, and contract administration
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects and driving business growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
