We are partnering with a boutique design studio known for its crafted, narrative-driven approach to luxury hospitality, resort, and high-end residential environments. The studio is seeking a Senior Hospitality Designer to join its Singapore team.

This role is ideal for a designer with 8–12 years of experience in hospitality interiors who excels in concept creation, spatial storytelling, and guiding junior designers while remaining hands-on in design development.

Key Responsibilities

– Lead the conceptualisation and development of luxury hospitality interiors — including resorts, hotels, F&B venues, wellness spaces, and branded residences
– Create compelling design narratives, material palettes, mood boards, and richly layered interior concepts
– Develop detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation packages from concept to construction
– Present design concepts to clients confidently, articulating design intent and spatial vision
– Work closely with senior leadership to drive project design direction and uphold standards of design quality and detail
– Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors throughout all stages of the project
– Guide and mentor junior designers, supporting team development and workflow
– Conduct site reviews to ensure design integrity, quality execution, and compliance with project expectations

Key Requirements

– 8–12 years of interior design experience with a strong focus on hospitality projects
– Proven experience working on luxury hotels, resorts, or F&B environments with a portfolio demonstrating refined detailing and strong material sensibility
– Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field
– Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to translate narrative, culture, and locality into spatial experiences
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite; Revit proficiency is an advantage
– Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills
– Strong understanding of hospitality standards, operational needs, and project delivery processes
– Ability to lead key phases of design while collaborating effectively within a boutique, hands-on studio environment
– Open to Singapore Citizens, PRs, or candidates with valid existing work authorisation
