We are partnering with an internationally recognised interior design studio known for delivering highly bespoke, luxury hospitality and residential environments for a global clientele. Renowned for its refined design language, craftsmanship, and attention to detail, the studio is seeking a Senior Hospitality Designer to join its Singapore team in support of a growing portfolio of high-profile hospitality projects.
This role is ideal for a designer with 7–12 years of professional experience who is confident leading hospitality interiors from concept through delivery, with a strong sensibility for luxury, materiality, and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead the design development of luxury hospitality projects including hotels, resorts, and high-end F&B venues
– Develop strong concept narratives, spatial layouts, and design strategies aligned with brand and guest experience
– Produce and oversee detailed drawings, specifications, and design documentation packages
– Curate and specify FF&E, finishes, lighting, and bespoke joinery with a high level of design refinement
– Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and specialist designers to ensure cohesive project outcomes
– Present design concepts and progress updates confidently to clients and stakeholders
– Review shop drawings, mock-ups, and samples to ensure design intent and quality standards are met
– Conduct site visits and provide design input during construction and installation phases
– Mentor and guide junior designers, contributing to studio design excellence and culture
Key Requirements
– 7–12 years of interior design experience, with a strong focus on luxury hospitality projects
– Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related discipline
– Exceptional portfolio demonstrating high-end hospitality interiors, material sophistication, and detailing
– Strong understanding of FF&E, bespoke furniture, finishes, and luxury fabrication processes
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp; Revit experience is an advantage
– Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills
– Highly detail-oriented with a passion for craftsmanship and design quality
– Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, international studio environment
