We are partnering with a concept-driven interior design studio known for crafting immersive, narrative-led hospitality environments across hotels, resorts, and F&B destinations. Recognised for its bold creativity, strong storytelling, and experiential approach to design, the studio is seeking a Senior Hospitality Designer to join its Singapore team in support of an expanding hospitality portfolio.

This role is ideal for a designer with 7–12 years of professional experience who is highly conceptual, confident leading hospitality interiors from early visioning through delivery, and comfortable translating brand stories into memorable spatial experiences.

Key Responsibilities

– Lead the concept and design development of hospitality projects including hotels, resorts, and F&B venues
– Develop strong design narratives, spatial strategies, and experiential concepts aligned with brand positioning
– Translate creative vision into layouts, design intent packages, and detailed documentation
– Curate and specify materials, finishes, FF&E, lighting, and bespoke elements that support the overall concept
– Collaborate closely with architects, branding teams, consultants, and specialist designers
– Present design ideas, storytelling decks, and progress updates confidently to clients and stakeholders
– Review shop drawings, samples, mock-ups, and prototypes to ensure design intent is maintained
– Participate in site visits and provide design guidance during construction and installation phases
– Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative, idea-driven studio culture

Key Requirements

– 7–12 years of interior design experience, with a strong focus on hospitality and experiential environments
– Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related discipline
– Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, storytelling, and hospitality interiors
– Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, FF&E, and bespoke fabrication
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp; knowledge of 3D tools is advantageous
– Strong presentation, communication, and client-facing skills
– Creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, design-led studio
– Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently
– Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only
