We are partnering with a well-established interior design consultancy known for delivering thoughtful, high-performing workplace environments for corporate, multinational, and regional clients. As the studio continues to grow its workplace portfolio, it is seeking a Senior Workplace Designer to join its Singapore team and lead the design development of complex office and commercial interiors.

This role is ideal for a designer who is conceptually strong, technically competent, and confident in managing projects from briefing through delivery while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.



Key Responsibilities

– Lead workplace interior design projects from concept through detailed design and site delivery
– Translate client briefs into clear spatial strategies, design narratives, and workplace solutions
– Develop space planning, test fits, and design concepts aligned with client needs and brand identity
– Produce and review design documentation including layouts, details, specifications, and material selections
– Coordinate with consultants such as MEP, IT/AV, lighting, and contractors to ensure seamless integration
– Ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction and site implementation
– Present design concepts and progress updates to clients and key stakeholders
– Mentor and guide junior designers, providing design and technical direction
– Collaborate with project managers and leadership to meet programme, budget, and quality objectives



Key Requirements

– Minimum 6–10 years of experience in workplace / commercial interior design
– Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline
– Strong experience delivering corporate office and workplace interiors
– Proficient in AutoCAD; working knowledge of SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D tools preferred
– Solid understanding of workplace standards, space planning principles, and building services coordination
– Strong design sensibility with the ability to balance creativity and practicality
– Confident communicator with client-facing presentation experience
– Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects concurrently
– Experience working with multinational or regional clients is advantageous
