We are working with a boutique interior design studio specialising in thoughtfully crafted residential interiors, known for its balance of creativity, functionality, and client-focused solutions. As the studio continues to grow its portfolio, they are seeking a Sales Designer to join their Singapore team.

This role is ideal for a designer with 2–5 years of experience who enjoys engaging with clients, translating briefs into compelling design proposals, and supporting projects from initial pitch through design development. The position sits at the intersection of design, sales, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

– Engage prospective clients, understand their needs, budgets, and design aspirations
– Develop initial design concepts, space planning proposals, and mood boards to support sales pitches
– Prepare quotations, design proposals, and presentation materials
– Present design ideas confidently to clients and guide them through the design and renovation process
– Work closely with project designers and consultants to ensure smooth handover from sales to execution
– Manage client relationships throughout the early design stages to build trust and confidence
– Support negotiations and follow-ups to close sales opportunities
– Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and client communications

Key Requirements

– 2–5 years of experience in interior design, sales design, or a client-facing design role
– Diploma or degree in Interior Design or a related field
– Strong sense of residential space planning, materials, and finishes
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
– Confident communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
– Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working with clients
– Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple leads and deadlines
– Experience in residential interior design is highly advantageous
