We are working with a boutique, design-led architecture and interiors studio renowned for delivering refined, luxurious spaces across Asia’s top resorts, hotels, and private residences. With a growing portfolio of 5-star hospitality projects, the firm is looking for a Hospitality Interior Designer with strong FF&E sensibility to join their Singapore studio.

This is a full-scope design role for someone with a strong conceptual foundation, excellent material knowledge, and an eye for detail. You will be involved across design stages, with a focus on interior architecture, furniture selection, and finishes that align with the studio’s signature design language.


Key Responsibilities:

– Assist in developing interior design concepts, mood boards, and FF&E palettes for hospitality and resort projects
– Prepare detailed drawings, material boards, and specifications for presentation and documentation
– Source furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories, with strong attention to proportion and brand alignment
– Coordinate with architects, consultants, and fabricators to ensure integration of interior and architectural detailing
– Support in preparing FF&E schedules, BOQs, and sample presentations
– Liaise with suppliers and assist in managing costings, procurement coordination, and installation phases
– Attend internal reviews and support the senior design team with project execution and delivery
– Contribute to design quality, refinement, and material storytelling across all touchpoints


Key Requirements:

– 5–8 years of experience in interior design with a focus on hospitality, resorts, or luxury residential
– Strong understanding of FF&E design, detailing, and procurement processes
– Skilled in materials research, specification, and palette development
– Proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
– Strong eye for detail, proportion, and materiality
– Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
– Able to handle multiple design packages with clarity and quality
– Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus for regional supplier engagement
– Must have full working rights in Singapore
– Willing to travel regionally when required
