We are collaborating with a design studio recognised for its refined residential and hospitality interiors, known for crafting contemporary, detail-driven environments that balance sophistication and functionality. The studio is seeking a Showflat Interior Designer to join its Singapore team.
This role is ideal for a junior to mid-weight designer (2–5 years of experience) who is passionate about creating elegant, market-ready show units that capture lifestyle narratives and visual impact. You will work closely with senior designers to develop concepts, prepare documentation, and coordinate across all stages of design and installation.
Key Responsibilities
– Assist in the design and development of showflats and residential interiors from concept to completion
– Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and presentation visuals that convey a cohesive design story
– Produce detailed drawings, layouts, and documentation packages for design implementation
– Support FF&E selection, styling, and procurement processes aligned with project vision
– Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation
– Participate in on-site reviews, resolving design and styling issues during fit-out
– Contribute creative input to enhance the visual storytelling and experiential quality of each space
Key Requirements
– 2–5 years of professional interior design experience, preferably in residential, hospitality, or showflat projects
– Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related discipline
– Strong design sensibility with a good eye for proportion, styling, and materials
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; rendering skills are an advantage
– Understanding of FF&E selection, furniture layouts, and decorative styling
– Excellent organisational and coordination skills, with attention to detail and follow-through
– Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a design team
