We are partnering exclusively with a leading regional self-storage operator to search for a Head of Operations to oversee their growing Hong Kong portfolio. This role reports directly to the Group Director of Operations and is critical in driving commercial performance, operational excellence, and strategic growth across all sites.


Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all facility operations across Hong Kong, ensuring performance against KPIs, P&L targets, and customer experience standards
- Define market strategy, leveraging data insights and competitive analysis to strengthen positioning and portfolio value
- Own revenue and occupancy performance, working closely with pricing and promotion teams to drive results
- Build, coach, and manage a high-performing team across multiple sites
- Uphold service quality through audits, SOP improvements, and resolution of escalated customer issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, asset management, and corporate teams; support new site launches where needed


Key Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in multi-site operations (retail, storage, or service industry preferred)
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive both top-line growth and operational efficiency
- Hands-on manager with strategic thinking and people development skills
- Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin a plus
