We're currently representing a global EPC firm specializing in the Digital Infrastructure space in seeking a seasoned professional to lead and coordinate regional strategy, construction, design, and commissioning for Information & Communications Technology (ICT), Building Management Systems (BMS), and Physical Security across multiple sites.

You'll drive secure, resilient, and efficient infrastructure and service delivery, supporting business continuity, compliance, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regional technology team and project execution from due diligence to customer move-in
- Develop and implement regional strategies, standards, and roadmaps for ICT, BMS, and physical security
- Drive project delivery, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement
- Manage regional budgets and resources
- Provide technical guidance and training to local team members

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years' experience in ICT, BMS, and physical security, with 3+ years in leadership
- Strong technical knowledge: networking, servers, cloud services, access control, CCTV, BMS protocols, and OT/ICS fundamentals
- Proven project management and vendor management experience
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel regularly across regional sites (50-65%)
