Key Requirements:
- Educated: Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field is essential. An MBA, CFA, or a relevant real estate license is highly preferred.
- Experienced: Extensive experience (over 10 years) in asset management, investment analysis, and portfolio management, ideally gained at foreign investment funds or leading real estate asset management firms.
