Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage on high-spec projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Take responsibility for the technical accuracy and integrity of architectural designs and documentation
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members
- Oversee the preparation and submission of plans and documentation to regulatory authorities
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery and quality
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or relevant field
- Registration as an Architect with a recognized professional body (e.g., Singapore Institute of Architects, Royal Institute of British Architects)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural practice, with a focus on high-spec industries
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects and leading teams
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
