Our client is currently seeking an Asset Analyst to drive the growth of their properties. This will be a great role for someone looking to supercharge their career in the local scene. 


Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Performance Analysis – Monitor and analyze the financial and operational performance of real estate assets, providing insights and recommendations to optimize returns.
- Financial Modeling & Reporting – Prepare cash flow projections, asset valuations, and investment performance reports for internal stakeholders and investors.
- Lease & Tenant Management – Support lease negotiations, tenant relationship management, and occupancy strategies to enhance asset value.
-Asset Enhancement Initiatives – Identify and implement value-add opportunities, including renovations, repositioning, and sustainability improvements.
- Market Research & Benchmarking – Conduct market analysis, track industry trends, and benchmark asset performance against competitors.

Key Requirements:
- Educational Background – Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
- Experience – 2-5 years of relevant experience in asset management, real estate investment, or financial analysis.
- Technical Skills – Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data analytics tools. Experience with Argus or real estate software is a plus.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving – Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and develop strategic asset management solutions.
-Communication & Stakeholder Management – Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, tenants, and external partners.
