We are representing a prominent retail development company and are currently hiring Leasing professionals across multiple levels to support and drive leasing activities for a major retail mall asset.

This role plays a key part in strengthening tenant mix, driving occupancy, and supporting overall revenue performance through proactive leasing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and engage suitable retail tenants through market research, networking, and outreach initiatives
- Negotiate lease terms and commercial agreements aligned with the mall’s financial and operational objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants, ensuring long-term partnerships
- Track retail market trends, competitor movements, and consumer insights to enhance tenant mix strategy
- Prepare leasing reports covering occupancy status, rental performance, and market intelligence for management review
- Ensure all leasing activities adhere to internal policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail leasing; candidates with broader experience will be considered at Assistant Manager or Manager level
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially astute with the ability to interpret market data and leasing metrics
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating in a dynamic retail environment
