We are partnering with a design-led interior architecture studio renowned for delivering high-quality, experiential hospitality and lifestyle environments, including luxury hotels, resorts, and F&B venues. The studio is recognised for its attention to detail, materiality, and bespoke design solutions, and is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its Singapore team.
This role is ideal for a project leader with 8–12+ years of experience who brings strong hospitality project knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to oversee complex projects from concept through construction and handover.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead and manage hospitality projects including hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, and F&B venues from inception to completion
– Take full ownership of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and resourcing
– Act as the senior point of contact for clients, operators, consultants, and contractors
– Coordinate closely with design, technical, and construction teams to ensure design intent, brand standards, and operational requirements are met
– Oversee tendering, contractor appointment, contract administration, and change control processes
– Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and programme milestones, resolving issues proactively
– Manage procurement of FF&E, OS&E, and specialist hospitality packages
– Lead client presentations, design reviews, and operator coordination meetings
– Conduct regular site visits and manage defects, commissioning, and handover processes
– Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the development of delivery best practices
Key Requirements
– 8–12+ years of project management experience in hospitality, hotel, resort, or mixed-use developments
– Strong understanding of hospitality operations, brand standards, and operator coordination
– Background in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines
– Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder hospitality projects
– Excellent client-facing, leadership, and communication skills
– Strong knowledge of construction processes, procurement, and site management
– Proficiency in project planning and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel) and ability to interpret technical drawings
– Highly organised, commercially astute, and solutions-oriented
– Experience working with consultants such as MEP engineers, QS, kitchen planners, lighting designers, and contractors
