We are working with a well-established design and build consultancy recognised for delivering high-quality commercial, retail, hospitality, and experiential environments across the region. As the studio continues to expand its project portfolio, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Singapore team.

This role is suited to a project professional with a strong background in interior fit-out and design & build projects, who is confident managing multiple stakeholders, driving programmes, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

– Manage end-to-end delivery of interior fit-out and design & build projects from briefing through completion
– Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
– Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, cash flow, and procurement plans
– Coordinate closely with design, technical, construction, and procurement teams to ensure seamless execution
– Oversee tendering, contractor appointments, and contract administration
– Monitor site progress, quality, and safety, resolving issues proactively
– Lead project meetings, reporting progress, risks, and key milestones to senior management
– Manage variations, claims, and change control processes
– Ensure compliance with local regulations, authority submissions, and project requirements

Key Requirements

– 6–10 years of project management experience in interior fit-out, design & build, or construction projects
– Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related discipline
– Strong understanding of commercial interiors, retail, hospitality, or experiential project delivery
– Proven experience managing budgets, programmes, and contractors
– Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
– Familiarity with local authorities, building regulations, and site processes in Singapore
– Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only
