We are currently representing an international real estate consultancy in seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our commercial fit-out project, transforming a workplace into a modern, functional space. This is a contract role, lasting 4-6 months, with an immediate start date.


Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the construction phase, ensuring timely completion and quality standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Oversee site operations, including labor management and material procurement
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting
- Collaborate with the project team to resolve issues and ensure compliance with regulations
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including progress reports and meeting minutes

Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in commercial fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project)
