We're seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to support our Finance team in driving business growth, improving financial processes, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The successful candidate will assist the Finance Manager in overseeing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing financial strategies to achieve business objectives
- Analyze financial data to provide insights for business decision-making
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain internal control procedures to minimize risk
- Collaborate with departments to analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement
- Support audit and tax planning processes

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in finance, preferably in the construction or design industry
- Professional certification (ACCA, CA, CIMA) highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (SFRS/IFRS) and Singapore tax laws
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
