We are currently partnering with a well-established interior design firm with a strong presence in Singapore to hire a Project Manager. This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team specializing in commercial interior fit-out and design & build projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery—ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met while exceeding client expectations.


Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of interior fit-out and design & build projects, from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, design specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site meetings and progress reporting to management and clients.
- Manage procurement and delivery schedules of materials, equipment, and services.
- Identify risks and resolve issues proactively to prevent project delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure all necessary documentation, including contracts, permits, and handover materials, are properly prepared and maintained.

Key requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in the commercial interior fit-out or design & build industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and local building regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- PMP certification is a plus.
