Our client is a real estate developer with an APAC presence. 

Key Responsibilities
- Investment & Asset Management: Support strategic planning to optimize asset performance and investment returns.
- Deal Execution: Lead acquisition/divestment transactions, coordinating due diligence, deal structuring, and financing.
- Market & Financial Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies, cash-flow modeling, and yield projections; prepare investment recommendation reports.
- Portfolio Oversight: Partner with Property Managers to implement business plans and maintain financial models for ongoing performance monitoring.
- Research & Strategy: Perform market research and support the formulation of acquisition, development, and divestment strategies.

Key Requirements
- Education & Experience: Degree in a relevant field with at least 8 years of experience in real estate investment or asset management.
- Strategic Exposure: Proven involvement in asset oversight, development projects, and investment strategies in Singapore and regional markets.
- Analytical Proficiency: Strong financial modeling, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Communication & Collaboration: Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Execution Agility: Self-driven, able to multi-task and deliver within tight timelines, with high computer literacy.
