Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations across all facilities in Singapore, ensuring high service standards and smooth execution.
- Drive commercial performance, including sales, occupancy, and profitability across the portfolio.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Facilities, Revenue, and Finance teams to execute market strategies and business plans.
- Develop and mentor the Singapore operations team, ensuring continuous improvement and performance management.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to enhance positioning and value proposition.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on new facility launches, operational upgrades, and customer service enhancements.
