Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Meet financial targets and key operating metrics (e.g., occupancy levels, target rents, centre sales, footfall, etc.).
- Monitor and manage top- and bottom-line financial performance, including arrears.

Operations Management
- Oversee the centre management team and steer all day-to-day operations, including leasing, marketing, property operations, and finance, to ensure smooth operations of the properties.
- Delivery of the scope of work under the Property Management Agreement and Managing Agent Agreement.

Leadership
- Provide leadership and guidance to various departments, enhancing cohesiveness among teams.
- Drive ESG-related initiatives, such as Green Mark certification of WA.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements, findings, and all relevant laws and regulations, including the Workplace, Health and Safety Act.

Strategic Collaboration
- Collaborate with Asset Management to advise strategic adjustments and implement appropriate property-level initiatives.
- Identify strategic partners and maintain strong awareness of developments and tenancy movements within the district. 

Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong relationships with various stakeholders, both internal and external.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management, hospitality, marketing, or property development with a history of successful projects and team leadership.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree and proficiency in industry-specific software and tools. Advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
- Ability to think creatively, bring innovative solutions, and maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work collaboratively within a team, and strong leadership qualities for managerial roles.
