Our client is a retail developer with presence across Singapore, looking to reshape the retail scene with unique brands and tenancy mix.

This is a role that will involve redesigning retail spaces, providing shoppers with an experience that is unlike its competitors. This will be a suitable role for someone who seeks to push the boundaries, and is keen to grow with the company.


Key Responsibilties: 
- Plan, manage, and execute A&A projects.
- Liaise with authorities (BCA, URA, SCDF, NEA, etc.) to obtain required permits and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Oversee contractor selection, tender processes, and contract administration.
- Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Key Requirements:
- Degree in Civil, Building, Structural or Construction Management or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant experience in A&A project management within retail malls and B1 spaces.
- Strong understanding of Singapore's regulatory framework (BCA, URA, SCDF, etc.).
- Experience managing landlord-driven A&A and AEI projects, ensuring alignment with business and leasing strategies.
