A well-established property developer is looking for a proactive and driven Leasing Manager to join their team. This role supports the leasing function for their portfolio of commercial and retail properties.


Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in lease negotiations, coordinate site viewings, and provide timely leasing reports and updates to management.
- Ensure smooth workflow and collaboration across departments including operations, marketing communications, and finance.
- Identify and engage target tenants to secure new leasing opportunities.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on retail trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare leasing budgets and quarterly forecasts; monitor performance against financial goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants.
- Respond promptly to tenant enquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Track tenant performance and ensure compliance with lease terms.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of leasing experience in commercial or retail property sectors.
- Proven success in meeting leasing targets and managing tenant relationships.
Solid knowledge of lease terms, legal requirements, and property management practices.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, resourceful, and collaborative team player.
