We are working with a global real estate developer in seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join its team in Hanoi. As a Leasing Specialist, you'll play a key role in driving business growth, building strong relationships with clients and tenants, and contributing to our goal of becoming a top brand in Vietnam's real estate market.


Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, tenants, and agencies
- Negotiate rental packages and contract terms
- Coordinate fit-out work and collaborate with property management team
- Support marketing activities and market research
- Provide leasing activity reports to management
- Contribute to annual rental budget and forecast

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business, Marketing, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in real estate leasing, with 3 years in ready-built warehouses in Vietnam
- Strong market knowledge, networks, and communication skills in English and Vietnamese (Chinese a plus)
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
