We are working with an internationally recognised architectural practice known for delivering innovative, high-performance commercial and workplace environments across major global cities. With a strong focus on sustainability, urban integration, and design excellence, the studio is seeking a Senior Commercial Office / Workplace Architect to join its Singapore team.
This role is ideal for an architect with 8–12+ years of professional experience who is design-led, technically strong, and experienced in delivering complex commercial office and workplace projects from concept through construction.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead the architectural design and development of large-scale commercial office and workplace projects
– Develop strong architectural concepts, workplace strategies, and spatial planning solutions
– Produce and oversee detailed design, technical drawings, and coordination packages
– Coordinate closely with multidisciplinary consultants including structural, MEP, façade, and sustainability teams
– Ensure design intent, quality, and performance objectives are maintained throughout project delivery
– Participate in client presentations, design reviews, and stakeholder workshops
– Review technical submissions, shop drawings, and construction queries
– Conduct site visits and provide architectural input during construction phases
– Support project planning, resourcing, and delivery in collaboration with senior leadership
– Mentor junior architects and contribute to a collaborative studio culture
Key Requirements
– 8–12+ years of experience in architectural practice, with strong exposure to commercial office and workplace projects
– Authority and Construction knowledge is a must
– Degree in Architecture; professional registration is an advantage
– Proven experience working on large-scale, high-profile commercial developments
– Strong design sensibility combined with solid technical and coordination capabilities
– Proficiency in Revit is essential; AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency preferred
– Good understanding of workplace planning, base-build and fit-out integration
– Strong communication and client-facing skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, international studio environment
– Experience working with regional or multinational project teams is advantageous
