We are partnering with a global real estate and professional services consultancy to appoint a Senior Project Manager / Head of Project Management to lead and grow its Thailand project management practice.

This leadership role will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, expanding the local business, and building a high-performing project management team. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening client relationships and driving the growth of the consultancy’s project management services across the Thai market.

Key Responsibilities

– Lead and oversee the project management business in Thailand, ensuring high standards of delivery across multiple projects
– Manage projects across the full lifecycle including planning, procurement, construction, and handover
– Build and develop the local project management team, including recruitment, mentoring, and capability development
– Establish strong relationships with developers, corporate occupiers, investors, and institutional clients
– Identify and secure new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of the Thailand practice
– Provide strategic project advisory to clients, including cost, programme, risk, and procurement strategies
– Oversee project governance, reporting structures, and quality control frameworks
– Work closely with regional leadership to align the Thailand business with regional growth strategies
– Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Key Requirements

– Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field
– 12–18+ years of project management experience, preferably within a consultancy environment
– Strong experience delivering large-scale commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, or corporate workplace projects
– Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and complex project portfolios
– Strong understanding of the Thailand construction market and regulatory environment
– Established network with developers, investors, and industry stakeholders in Thailand
– Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
– Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
