With a strong portfolio focusing on the international market, we are seeking an experienced corporate finance FP&A Senior Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive financial analyses of business performance and corporate activities in collaboration with GDSI senior management.
- Execute strategic and financial corporate projects in close coordination with business unit management and other corporate team members.
- Collaborate with key senior members of the Finance team to establish, update, and maintain the organization's long-term business plan.
- Conduct analyses and prepare presentations for senior management.
- Create and maintain corporate budgeting and forecasting models.
- Prepare Ad-Hoc financial analyses and presentations for capital raising requirements.
- Consolidate asset portfolio models to project future cash flows.
- Mentor and train members of the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team.
- Provide Group consolidation with operational and financial information for the Senior Management team
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly GDSI Board presentations.

Key Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant corporate finance experience.
- Preferred professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, or CFA.
- Proficient in analytical skills, including the use of BI and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with financial and management accounting principles.
- Strong quantitative abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent financial modeling skills, including independent modeling setup and advanced MS Excel functions.
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint with the ability to create logical and easy-to-follow presentations.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across Business Unit Heads and senior management.
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects.
- Good time management, self-motivation, and ability to work under pressure.
