Position Overview:
The Country Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of business operations in Japan, including strategic planning, team leadership, partnership development, and operational excellence. The role is critical in driving growth, enhancing client satisfaction, and ensuring efficient and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth and operational targets.

  • Source and manage contractors, supporting pricing and terms negotiations.

  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 8 years of managerial experience in the technology, data center, or related sector.

  • Strong understanding of the Japanese market and business culture.

  • Proven success in team leadership and business development.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Japanese.
