The Data Centre Sales Lead will be responsible for driving the growth of data centre infrastructure solutions across a diverse customer base, including large-scale technology clients and enterprise organisations. This role involves developing and executing go-to-market strategies, identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, and managing the end-to-end sales process. Success in this position will rely on your strong understanding of the data centre ecosystem and proven ability to build lasting client relationships and close strategic deals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies for large-scale data centre infrastructure offerings, including wholesale colocation and build-to-suit solutions
• Identify and engage prospective customers through an established network and proactive business development
• Lead client engagements, understand technical and commercial requirements, and deliver tailored solution proposals
• Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and internal commercial teams to craft and negotiate competitive, customer-aligned offers
• Oversee local or regional sales teams to drive pipeline growth and execution of go-to-market strategies
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
• Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts
• Conduct ongoing market research to monitor trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Deliver training and enablement for partners or reseller teams involved in indirect sales
• Contribute to broader business development and regional expansion initiatives
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or similar field
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a sales role focused role concerning data centre sales and Philippines wholesale colocation data center market
• Strong understanding of data centre services, technical specifications, and customer procurement processes
• Familiarity with regional colocation trends, customer expectations, and industry developments
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executive
